Day 1 on the road

Today I started running again after about 3 weeks of on and off training due to plantars faciitis issues. I have decided that i am going to start off slow and therefore todays run only consisted of 20 minutes and the run was done on the beach. If i had to guess a pace i would say somewhere between 7-7:30 pace and would guess that i ran just under 3 miles. On my run I realized a few things;
After my run i decided to do a little bit of core and after that i had soup for dinner. Tonight I wearing my strassburg sock and I'm hoping to wake up early for bridges. (BTW I need to work on my grammar) |
