Day 1 on the road

Today I started running again after about 3 weeks of on and off training due to plantars faciitis issues. I have decided that i am going to start off slow and therefore todays run only consisted of 20 minutes and the run was done on the beach. If i had to guess a pace i would say somewhere between 7-7:30 pace and would guess that i ran just under 3 miles.

On my run I realized a few things;

  1. I need to eat a lot better. Salads, fruits, and a lot less junk food.
  2. I need to hydrate better, I need more water and less soda/tea/energy drinks.
  3. I need to be more patient, it was my first run in a while and i had to step on the brakes because I subconsciencely decided to pick up the pace.
  4. I need more core strength.

After my run i decided to do a little bit of core and after that i had soup for dinner. Tonight I wearing my strassburg sock and I'm hoping to wake up early for bridges.

(BTW I need to work on my grammar)
