Tuesday night I decided to get a little burn in the legs so I went out to UNF's track and did a few 200's, 14 to be exact.

I did the workout in a progression. I started out with 40's for the first five. Dropped it down to 38's for the next. After 10 I did the next 4 at 33, 35, 34, 31. My legs the next day were decimated but I am happy that I was able to do something a little quicker and felt very comfortable at 33 seconds. The goal is to get fast enough to break 5 again in the sping. I would also like to get uder 60 for the quarter. In high school I would go out at my 400 pr(60-61) in the 800m and hold on to run 2:12-2:13. I never could go any faster than that though.
