I figure that since spring is coming up and I haven't updated my running blog in a while I would put down some goals for the next 6 months. Goals 1) Run sub 5 in the mile or equivalent to it. (Haven't done so since hs) 2)Become a stronger swimmer so that I can be more competitive in triathlons 3)Lose the last 15-20 lbs. that I gained after my car accident 4 years ago. 4) Go under 18 min for a 5k this summer. |
