2011 Male Athlete of the Year: Annandale’s Ahmed Bile Star distance runner is a one-of-a-kind talent

Annandale High School cross country coach David O’Hara knows he has a unique talent in runner Ahmed Bile.

It’s the type of talent high school coaches in Fairfax County rarely see and, according to O’Hara, might not see again.

“There has never been an athlete at Annandale like Ahmed and there won’t be for another 50 years,” O’Hara said during an interview in November.
